Views Normal – a view that allows you to see the outline, slides, and notes all on one page Slide Sorter – a view that allows you to see all of your slides and rearrange the order
Content 6 x 6 Rule – 6 words per line, 6 lines per slide (approximately) Print Screen – takes a “picture” of what on your screen Hyperlink – allows you to click on some text and advance to any slide

Effects Transitions – special animation which can be seen when you advance from slide to slide Custom Animation – adds an effect to an element of the slide Effect Options – use this to set paths and movements for slide elements
Slides Speaker Notes – used for additional information to the presenter that the audience can not see Slide Master – a slide layer that will show up on all slides Custom – a special slide show you create that doesn’t display all the slides in the show
