  2. Session aims • Articulate how our own projects are producing a permanent improvement • Look for opportunities to improve • See what we can add to our understanding about sustaining change

  3. Project sustainability is not about maintaining project activities or securing further funding. It is about continuing to achieve the goals and outcomes of the project, after the project itself has ended.
