Tips to Reducing Freight Cost • Tips for Reducing Freight Cost • Ground shipments: 0 – 150 lbs. • Commercial or Residential Ground will be delivered within four to six business days from the date of shipment. • Qualifies if under 150 lbs. • Backorders will be shipped with no additional charge unless it is requested that it be expedited. The difference between ground and expedited shipment will be charged in addition to the original ground charge. • Expedited Shipments: • Next Day Early A.M. will be delivered by 8:00am the next business day. • Next Day Air will be delivered by 10:30am the next business day. • Next Day Saver will be delivered by end of day the next business day. • Two Day will be delivered by the end of day two business days from the date of shipment. • Three Day will be delivered by the end of day three business days from the date of shipment. • Backorders will be shipped with no additional charge unless it is requested that it be expedited. The difference between the original expedited shipment and the upgraded expedited shipment will be charged in addition to the original ground charge. For instance, if the original shipment is marked two day and you would like to upgrade the backorder to overnight, the difference between the two will be charged. • UPS Ground with Freight Pricing: • Will be delivered within four to six business days from the date of shipment. • Qualifies if the weight is between 151 lbs. and 500 lbs. • Dimensional weight cannot be larger than 165”. If larger than 165” it will have to be shipped LTL. • If the dimensional weight is between 130” and 165” an additional $55.00 will be charged per box. • Backorders will be shipped by residential or commercial ground and the additional charge will be added to the order. • UPS or ABF LTL (Less than Truckload) • Will be delivered within five to seven business days from the date of shipment. • Qualifies if the weight is over 500 lbs. or if the dimensional weight is larger than 165”. • ALL LTL shipments will be palletized. • There will be additional fees for residential. There will also be additional fees for the Freight company to unload the pallets into a place of business. This fee will be added to the order. • Backorders will be shipped residential or commercial ground and the additional charge will be added to the order. • Exceptions: • If you call in after an order has been placed and you need to add an item, we can add it if it has not been sent to the warehouse. Additional shipping charges will be added to the order. If the order is already being processed in the warehouse, a new order must be placed.

  39. What Qualifies for Decor Dollars? All product shipped from our warehouse including Barcana NiteTime product purchased by Christmas Franchisees only.

  40. What does not Qualify for Decor Dollars? Product purchased from outside vendors. Any product not shipped from our warehouse. Product purchased during promotions. Returned Product. NiteTime Decor product purchased by Non-Christmas Franchise Customers.

  41. How do Promotions affect Decor Dollars? All promotional sales except the Early Buy Program do not qualify for decor dollars. The Early Buy Program does not qualify for Decor Dollars but will affect the tier. If you participate in the Early Buy and your order is $20,000 and then you spend $21,000 during the season, this puts you in Tier 5 instead of Tier 3. You now earn 4% on $21,000 = $840 instead of 2% on $21,000 = $420.
