  5. Want to Print your Results? Select My Medical Record Select Download My Account

  6. Want to Print your Results? Select preview your Medical Record • Your medications prescribed from the Wellness Center will be displayed • Your PHA Results • Any other results from Texas Health Resource Providers will be displayed

  7. Have questions ? Select the User Guide for additional information about the MYCARE Website and for technical assistance

  8. Take your PHA Results with you on your Mobile Device
