  3. Progress Over the last 3 months we’ve been… 1 Signing up new businesses to the scheme to help grow the car share network 2 Helping businesses to promote the scheme internally to staff with e-shots, flyers and banners 3 Holding morning and lunch time events to talk to employees directly

  6. Results 2 new businesses signed up to the scheme Double the number of members since April last year Huge increase in awareness amongst employers and employees

  7. Future Plans But we still need further support from businesses to grow the network further. Our next steps are… 1 Introduction of a new refer a friend feature 2 Creation of customised business accounts 3 Continuation of our reward scheme

  8. Refer a friend £10 • £10 John Lewis voucher for the first 25 people to refer a friend to the scheme

Customised company accounts • Customised accounts for each company which: • Displays flyers for the scheme in staff areas • Posts information on their staff intranet promoting the scheme and the prizes • Sends internal emails to employees to promote the scheme • Hosts a morning or lunchtime event

Continued business support • We’re continuing to provide remote and on-location support and promotions for A4 employers who wish to promote the A4 Car Share scheme and prize draw to staff: • Flyers for displaying in staff areas • Email templates to provide staff with more information on the scheme/prizes • Morning and lunchtime stalls for staff to receive face-to-face information and advice
