  4. Idea 1 - Memory • Learning a language. • Newer technology - merging with language applications. • Use picture/video • Interactivity • Multi-cultural world • English/Chinese students working together • Flash • Media orientated

  5. In the Mood for Love Classical music Slow motion/tracking Tango No dialogue Light/dark No need for ‘more’

  6. Idea 2 – Spectacle/Power • Entirely visual piece • No dialogue • Expressed via acting, emotion, body language • ‘Tango’ between the characters • Musical score • Shattered illusion • Director holding all the cards • Director has ultimate power

  7. Cinnamon Chasers – Luv Deluxe Young couple running away 3 Scenario’s Man’s viewpoint in each scenario What is the right path to take? Increased speed/rewind

  8. Idea 3 – Power/Spectacle • 3 viewpoints/scenarios • Break-up • Female/Male/Mixed points of view • Who’s right or wrong? Is either? • Audience get to use their brains • Similar but clearer than Cinnamon Chasers ‘Luv Deluxe’ • Hook in the viewer by using different view’s
