The Model cont. Process is repeated 3 times 1st cycle – Mentor has a 80% involvement 2nd cycle – Mentor has 50% involvement 3rd cycle – Mentor has 15% involvement Mentoring is the focus of the model. The curriculum informs the mentoring process and does not dictate the process.
The Assessment • Holistic workplace assessment • Evidence is gathered by the mentee for each unit throughout the mentoring process Note:- Assessment based on the curriculum documents not e-learning mentors expectation.

The Benefits • Upskilling of staff • Increased e-learning offerings • Sustainable change in teaching practice
