Working Chance: What do we do? We help businesses engage with the local London communities through offering employment opportunities

Working Chance: Some Statistics • The national re-offending rate is currently around 51%. The re-offending rate of women we have worked with is less than 3% and is 0% in the workplace • 72% of the women placed by Working Chance have stayed in their placement for 3 months or longer • Of these 72% of women placed, 81% were still working after 6 months
