1. Training Adviser – Engineering(Fabrication & Welding + General Engineering)BASED: REGIONAL ROLE HOURS: 35 hours SALARY: c£19,000 We require an experienced assessor to work within our Engineering Sector delivering Fabrication and Welding and General Engineering at Levels 2 and 3 within the region. The successful applicant will undertake a varied and demanding role in the preparation & delivery of work based learning. We seek to recruit a candidate with either previous training experience or those with sound occupational experience. Candidates with knowledge / experience in other engineering fields would be particularly welcomed. The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Maintaining a minimum caseload of funded learners Business Development to support sector growth Delivery of NVQ / QCF qualifications Devising and develop course material in accordance with learner and lead body requirements. Functional skills qualifications Accurate and timely completion of documentation You will have the ability to work with a wide range of people and have excellent written / verbal communication skills, together with attention to detail and a commitment to life long learning. Ideally A1 and PTLLS qualified, you will have a full driving licence & be a car owner, as learners are based throughout the region.
