Add Policy: Message from the Associate Dean’s Office • The College has reached its FTES target and will start managing enrollments based on its overall capacity to serve students. • Students who you would like to have enrolled to your class will have to submit a completed add petition with your signature to my office (TAH-2028). Please inform your students that your approval does not guarantee them enrollment. • Student adds will be based on the College’s overall capacity (not individual class capacity) and student class status priority.

Course format • Lectures • Case analysis and discussion • Quality of participation is essential
Case preparation • A rapid reading of the case • Review the Discussion Questions • Re-read the case and analyze it • Prepare notes
Course evaluation • Course Contribution (20%) • Group Project (26%) • Group Case Presentation (10%) • Individual Assignments (2 SA’s and 1 QA: 18%) • Exam (26%)
Group case presentation • Existing information + updates (new products, strategic moves, competitors’ moves, financial performance, etc.) • 10-15 minutes • Email slides to instructor 2 hours before presentation • Present before case discussion
Individual assignments • 2 Short assignments (SA’s) • 1 Quantitative assignment (QA) • Continuous improvement • No longer than 2 double-spaced pages • Due in the beginning of class session when the case is to be discussed
