Next Steps • Plan to meet with 34 campus ‘ombuds’ in October 2004 • ‘Develop’ core purpose statement for the System • Continue to keep learning outcomes for the core on the forefront for discussion
More Next Steps • Assist institutions with assessment of the core curriculum • Tie Greater Expectations for Student Transfer to other related initiatives i.e. retention, etc. • Make available AACU membership opportunities
