Another example: Bonjour! Je parle français. I speak French. I am speaking French. Notice that TWO English words are translated by ONE French word!

For these verbs, if "TU" is the subject, add an "s" to the verb!

These are often used with a 2nd verb…. like this… Je veux danser. = I want to dance. Tu peux nager. = You can swim. Il aime travailler. = He likes to work. Je dois étudier. = I have to study. Notice the SECOND verb is in the INFINITIVE form!
