  2. How I see FOBANA • FOBANA needs to position itself for future • A vision must be presented by leaders • Goals need to be achieved incrementally every year like 10% every year for 10 years • Changes must come from within • The following slides demonstrates a vision that we can all follow

  3. Organizational Structure • FOBANA EC (FEC) will be the center of activities • The Advisors and the Host Committee will work hand in hand with FEC • Multiple Sub-Committees will be formed who will work in parallel with FEC to achieve a certain set of goals • Everyone will report to FOBANA EC

  5. Advisors • Observe and protect • Involve in bigger aspects • Can’t support any candidates • Can’t influence anyone • Avoid any conflicts • No voting right

  6. Host Committee • Meet all criteria's • Can’t host in 5 years • Organizational strength • Financial Strength • Leadership strength • Must respect guideline • Abide by chain or protocol • Open communication with E/C

  7. Host Committee (contd.) • Creative & innovative with in guideline • 2 years active member to qualify • Experience host mini convention

  8. Finance • All financial needs • Drive or acquire fund • Accounting & bookkeeping • Budgeting knowledge • Forecast finance • Keep touch with Host Org. • Monitor, handle finance efficiently.

  9. NA Organization • Deal with all organizations • Help to develop week org. • Encourage to involve with E/C • Motivate to become host • Outreach neglected area • Promote kids program
