Reena and Ontario March of Dimes • Central LHIN is funding a cluster care model of community-based housing and support. • M O D provides attendant care, assisted by Reena staff. • Persons with complex needs are encouraged to reside in the community, rather than in long term care facilities. • M O D likes this model; less expensive than e.g., Bloorview. • In August, Central LHIN issued a 2nd call for proposals for persons with complex needs. • M O D plans to submit a proposal 3 of our accessible 2-bedroom units

  2. York Region Rent Assist Program 30 rent assist apartments have been approved 28 apartments are rented Monthly rent assist revenue about $10,800 York Region Affordability Grant Is intended to offset cost of mortgage. The grant, over 20 years, is $2,604,000 Monthly $10,850
