SOCIAL INNOVATIVE FUND • THIS PROGRAMMEE FUNDS SMALL PILOT PROJECTS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES SUGGESTING THE TESTING OF REFORM CHANGES AND THEIR CHECKING IN PRACTICE – THE BEST SOLUTIONS BECOME THE PART OF THE SYSTEM • THE PROJECTS ARE IN RELATION WITH THE BASIC STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS OF THE REFORM PROCESS • PARTHERSHIP OF GOVERNMETANL AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL SECTOR
SMALL PROJECTS FUNDED FROM OTHER DONORS BUT SUPPORTED FROM THE MINISTRY FOR LABOR, EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL POLICY • AIM – SUPPORT TO BIG AND SMALL NGOs TO CREATE NEW OR INSUFFICIENTLY DEVELOPED ALTERNATIVE SERVICES IN OUR SYSTEM, WHICH ARE IN RELATION WITH BASIC REFORM DIRECTIONS • UNICEF, SAVE THE CHILDREN, HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL ... • DFID – PROJECT FOR REFORM OF SOCIAL POLICY • REGISTERED 300 ‘’SMALL’’ NGOs WHO ARE WORKING IN AREA OF SOCIAL PROTECTION
WHAT THE REFORM OF SOCIAL PROTECTION SYSTEM WILL NOT BE? ■THERE WILL NOT BE THE CLOSING OF THE INSTITUTIONS • EMPLOYEES IN THE INSTITUTIONS WILL NOT LOOSE THEIR JOBS • NO ONE OCCUPATION WILL BE JEOPARDISED • CENTRES FOR SOCIAL WORK WILL NOT HAVE MORE JOB TO DO • NGO AND GOVERNMENTAL SECTOR WILL NOT BE RIVALS
