Zubair Ghias was involved in many major negotiations during his four plus year tenure at JPMorgan Securities Inc. some of the largest include the 800 million dollar acquisition of UIS Automotive Group by The Carlyle Group. Zubair Ghias and JPMorgan Inc. worked on behalf of UIS Automotive group. The JPMorgan Securities Inc. senior management entrusted Zubair Ghias to handle most of the transaction.
