The worldwide labor market, shows a fast Progress and competition , i.e. to get a job one needs to have a high skills with distinguished abilities in order to fit the need of market. • (University of Baghdad) made a decision to cooperate with the industrial labor market for improving the skills and abilities of the students & graduates to be a high qualified workforce.
