STAND-EVAL: YEAR – IN - REVIEW NCPSC Reformatted into a multi-media interactive online presentation Merged FAA and CAP regulations for both Mission Check Pilots and Form-5 Check Pilots covering 60-1, Judgment, Evaluation, Special Emphasis Issues, and Check Pilot techniques Form-5 modified to include CAP Instructor and Check Pilot specific tasks for annual evaluation check ride PROPOSED PROJECT: HANDS-ON MISSION OBSERVOR FLIGHT TRAINING COURSE 8 Hours of Ground School, 3 Hours Flight Training
