  12. General Information (con’t) School Hours 7:55 AM – 2:25 PM Classes English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Keyboarding, Family Consumer Science + Literacy, PE, and Exploratory Advisory Program Lunch 30 minute lunches

  13. 6TH GRADE • 6th Grade Teams are in the back of the building • 4 Teams • Each team has… • Approximately 100 students • Team Teachers: English, math, science, and social studies teacher (sometimes a resource teacher) • Students will also have a literacy class taught by a team teacher • Advisory Program

  15. ADVISORY PROGRAM What? A program in which a group of students and an advisor (teacher) get together… Goal? To establish relationships for learning between students and teachers… When? Once a week (mainly on Tuesday) 50 minutes
