  12. How Do I Obtain A User ID? • Federal Civilian Employees – GSA Area Property Officer or Agency National Utilization Officer

GSA Area Property Officers Can Grant User IDs Grant Report or Select Permissions to: • Federal employees not prohibited by their NUO • DoD military (with approval) • DoD civilian (with approval) • National Guard (with approval) Note: System generates email to user and NUO after User ID is assigned

  15. Agency National Utilization Officers can: • Grant direct access to agency or bureau authorized users. • Have visibility of all users with access to system within the agency or bureau. • Have ability to delete and make changes to user records. • Have ability to send “Group Email” to users.

Request can be made by activity's letterhead or .gov or .mil email • Must contain: • User name and Approving Official Name • Permission Level – report or acquire property • Mailing address of both User and Approver • Phone of both User and Approver • Email address of both User and Approver • Agency Bureau and Activity Address Code (AAC)*** User ID Required Information
