  2. 育新小区 现状：育新小区—新街口豁口， 线长：17.39公里 调整后： 育新小区—五道口公交站， 线长：12.01公里 解决学清路去往五道口方向的公交出行需求，落实人大代表建议（2009年第1070号建议，2011年第0644、0022号建议）。解决荷清路600米道路有路无车问题，同时削减学院路重复线路长度6公里，重复设站16个。 替代线路：693、691、331路 2、调整398路 荷清路南口 新街口豁口

  3. 3、缩短909路 前苇沟 长建驾校 现状：土井村西口—前苇沟，线长：49.3公里 缩短后：土井村西口—长建驾校， 线长：42.6公里 前苇沟拆迁，缩短过长线路 替代线路：688、418路 去往土井村西口

  4. 4、缩短954路 马甸桥西 现状： 大兴一职—马甸桥西， 线长：49.2公里 调整后： 大兴一职—大北窑南， 线长：35.7公里 撤出路段： 减少北三环、东三环重复线路长度14公里，重复设站18处。 替代线路：957、300路 大北窑南 大兴一职
