Fear Naofa Bhí fear naofa ina chónaí in Eirinn fadó. Molaga an t-anim a bhí air. Bhí sé ina gcónaí i gContae Corcaigh. Lá amhain tháinig sé go Bré Mór. Bhí fear saibhir ina chónaí i Bré Mór agus bhí sé tinn. Bheannaigh Molaga do agus thosaigh sé ag guí. Taréis tamaill tháinig biseach ar an bhfear saibhir.
FearNaofa Bhí áthas an domhain air agus thug sé páirceanna i Bré Mór do Mholaga. Thóg Molaga séipéal ann agus teach dó féin. Bhí beacha aige freisin agus fuair sé mil ó na beacha. D’fhan sé i Bré Mór ag guí agus ag tabhairt aire do na daoine breoite. Nuair a bhí sé aosta chuaigh sé ar ais go gContae Corcaigh agus fuair sé bás ann.
St. Molaga Poem by Roisín Victory St.Molaga was a monk, who was born in county Cork, He was a very holy man, Who would help anyone he could. One day he came into Bremore , A chieftain there was sick and sore, And soon the chieftain Molaga did cure. The man was happy he could stand, And gave Molaga lots of land, And he built a monastery there. Then he went to Wales to train, To be a priest and always pray, Some time later he returned home, In a boat on his own. Some-time later on that year, St.Domnoe suddenly did appear, But he did not come alone for with him he brought a swarm of bees. So if you ever hear his name, He is Molaga man of the bees.
