  2. What is Ball Lightning? Ball lightning is a phenomenon that scientist t know little about. Scientist think that it is a accumulation of ions outside non-conductive surfaces such as windows.

  3. Who has seen this happen? There are some very famous people who have given accounts of seeing this strange light. One of them was Zar Nicholas. “I suddenly saw a fiery ball flying from the window straight towards the head of the Emperor. The ball (it was of lightning) whirled around the floor, then passed the chandelier and flew out through the door into the park”

  4. What does it look like? Its normally the size of a grape fruit but have been Reported to by up to 3 meters . Ball lightning can last for 20 seconds! Much longer than a typical thunder strike.
