My College • I plan on going to the University Of Northwestern Ohio. • The program that I will be taking is from thirty six weeks to two years long. • Classes are from Monday through Thursday. • They offer associates degrees, diploma, and certificate programs.
My Career • I plan on being an Automobile Mechanic. • I have always wanted to work on cars because I have been around them for my whole life. We always had a mud truck and a car that was just bad ass. We are actually putting together a camaro right now.
Career Information • Automotive Mechanics work on broken down cars to get them running again. The type of work has changed from mechanical repair to a high technology job. Today cars are ran by a electronic system and computers. The computer tells you if the vehicle is running properly.
My Experiences • Were I got most of my experience from is the Capital Area Career Center. I go there for Automobile Technician. This is my second year in the program. • Throughout my life when vehicles broke down my dad was usually the one to work on them so I was always out there trying to help.
My Goals • My goal is to finish college and then start looking for a job if they haven't already found me one. • My next goal would be to own my own business so that I can run it by myself. I would be able to be in control of everything. That would be awesome.
FAVORITE QUOTE • All mechanics make mistakes but the good ones make them right!! • I'm not to fore sure who said this but its hanging in our classroom at the career center.
