  11. Conclusiones • La causa de la PPHTN no es totalmente conocida • La efectividad del un transplante es controversial para mejorar la PPHTN, excepto en pacientes respondores a terapia farma… • Existen reportes de PPHTN de novo en pacientes postransplantados
