UrbanClap on 30 January stated that it is rebranding the startup as Urban Company. The umbrella brand captures the company’s objective to be a horizontally big marketplace, with a global footprint of leadership and position across several service categories. Urban Company which a new name of UrbanClap deals with products like beauty & wellness and home repairs & maintenance. Urban Companyco-founder Abhiraj Bhal said it is important to have a brand that is globally acceptable and Urban Company is a simple name with universal appeal.
