  2. Amerindian Diversity: There are many tribal and ethnic groups within the Amerindian peoples. Thousands of tribes existed from Canada to Chile with many still mainting thier identity today. Generalized North American (Sioux) and South American (Kayapo) indigenous peoples

  3. Amerindian Athletics The sports and athletic activities ranged from ball games to wrestling and foot races. Amerindian (Xingu) men wrestling

  4. Amerindian Hunting Hunting methods have transformed over time in many groups. Many continue their traditional methods, where their environment hasn't changed. Other have adapted to newer environments as a result of environmental destruction. On the left is a picture of a modern Seri (right) big game hunter hunting an introduced species.   5. Modern Struggles Modern day tribalized Amerindians fight for their tribal rights all over the continent. They hold protests and work under the law. Mapuche struggle for self-determination
