  2. Regardless of the environment surrounding their organisation, today's executives deal with complex issues and challenging circumstances. These conditions and issues have led to an increase in the demand for innovative leaders.

  3. A wider perspective and awareness of all the potential variables in their environment are traits of innovative leaders. This suggests that they have the ability to take on challenging situations and devise original solutions for challenging difficulties. They may also see their company from a fresh perspective. As a result, the organization benefits from their increased ingenuity on all fronts. Skills: Innovative leaders are curious about everything, look in unusual areas, and have great imaginations. They are prone to speculating constantly. They therefore find fresh opportunities and take calculated risks as a result. According to a global XBInsight survey of more than 5,000 CEOs, there are five key characteristics that separate innovative leaders from non-innovation leaders.
