  1. Think Before You Build Who never dreamt of having their own house? A home they can call their own? It could be an ultimate dream for most individuals, a true reflection of one person’s hard work and determination. Building your own house is easier done in bubble map than putting the bricks on the right place, tedious and complicated. It is easy to think what would work for your lifestyle based on your own desire. But have you thought on things that might not work along the process? 1.Know Your Numbers. It is easy to plan things but getting enough funds would be the first and last thing that would determine how your dream house would look like. The capacity to build is always possible with the right budget that would work for you. This is also the main reason why people tend to have this as their ultimate dream, because everyone would want to have their own but not everyone can afford to build one. 2.Codes and Laws. It might sound annoying but yes, building your new home has to follow certain Codes and Laws of the land. This merit on complying to get a permit before building anything. Knowing these details would lessen the burden of a future possible conflict and issues. 3.Determine Where You Stand. Most of the time the geographical status of land is something we over look on when dreaming to build our own home. But the feasibility of the design and size of your house primarily depend on the capacity and ability of the land to hold through the house. What we mostly consider on is the accessibility of the place where we want to build our house, and it is just natural. To travel to far from school, market or work is something not ideal for anyone. 4.Finalize your Design. With the help of technology and innovation, nothing is impossible now for your dream house. It can be a traditional, modern or a combination of these and more. However, your design must not just be an incorporation of your desire but something that would fit and bring you the convenience that you need. They always say that a home is where your heart is. This only means that a home is not just about design but also comfort. 5.Future Matters. We build our home not for temporary pleasure but for a lifetime shelter that it could provide us. One day people get old and to have a permanent house where we can lay down with no worries would lessen the burden of thinking our future.

  2. If you’re still single you might also want to consider having family or babies in the future before finalizing anything yet. 6.Know your Team. A house is a great investment. Not just because of the finances you put into it but also the emotions you have invested in making this dream put into reality. The people who will build your house will forever be part of the future that you have drawn. Find the right people that will help you along way because they can make or break the future you have created for you and your love ones. It isn’t easy, but with a right team on your back, everything can be alot easier.
