  2. Importance of Employability Skills These skills are not stagnant as they keep on changing to stay attuned to the changing marketplace and rapidly moving workplace. According to employers, these skills help the companies stay ahead of the never-ending success curve. Hence, you need to keep improving and developing your skills as an employee and if you do not keep the pace then you are sure to experience rejections and failure in the job market.
