Overview of Concept • Military Problem – Rapidly apply tailored, expeditionary forces to quickly establish full spectrum dominance across all battlespace domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber – to seize the initiative, swiftly defeat opposing forces and decisively win future conflicts. • Scope – Apply force against large-scale enemy forces in the 2015 timeframe JP 3-0 changed battlespace to operational environment and established air, land, maritime, and space as domains New timeframe – 8-20 years in the future
