Matthew Soldier has lived in Winnipeg all his life, and has the unique experience of having been to almost neighborhood in the city. His favorite location is West End, where he says the community is warm and welcoming. Matthew lives with three siblings currently, and is working to teach them the values of hard work and accountability. He is a big fan of MMa, as well as such fighters as Jnior Dos Santos, Jose Aldo, George St. Pierre, and more.

Growing up, he was involved in numerous sports (hockey, football, and baseball), and even played for the local football club. While he moved around a lot in his life, one thing that remained constant was his love for sports. In recent years, he has discovered mixed martial arts, thanks in part to the growing popularity of the sport. As more than just an avid fan, Matthew Soldier appreciates the fitness benefits that come with training in mixed martial arts.

Growing up, he aimed to engage in as many sports as possible, and ended up playing hockey, baseball and football. While each sport came with its learning curve, he liked football the most, and ended up playing for the North Winnipeg Nomads Football Club. At the heart of playing football is the ability to move fast and easily, which comes through running. Good running, as Matthew Soldier, knows is essential to success on the field. That is why he dedicated a lot of time to honing his running and sprinting skills. “Runners who are consistent often find the most success in their athletic endeavors”.

Managing your finances should be an opportunity to create and live a financially secure life. Matthew Soldier, the lead hand at FXR Warehouse in Winnipeg, knows a little about financial independence. Because he was fortunate to get a job after school, he has had some experience in managing finances. Also, he possesses an interest to becoming an entrepreneur, which necessitates reading as much as he can on all matters finance. He knows that for many young people, managing finances can be stressful. However, achieving financial independence is possible, he reckons. At the core of becoming financially independence is being able to budget wisely, says Matthew Soldier. You may feel it is unnecessary, but budgeting enables you get a clear picture of where your money is going. The misconception around budgeting, especially with the younger generation, is that it denies you the chance to enjoy nonessentials like partying and fast food. There is nothing wrong with such things, acknowledges, but it is easy to overspend on such if you don’t track your expenses.

This is because they are the most common form of mood disorders that belong in a family of mental illnesses that cause a lot of pain and anguish. When undiagnosed, mood disorders take a toll on an individual’s emotional, mental and physical wellbeing, making it difficult for them to enjoy life. Winnipeg native Matthew Soldier has been around people with various mood disorders. Because he moved around various neighborhoods growing up, he interacted with a lot of people – patients and families – that have been affected by mood disorders.
