Project Fact File 01 VIBRANT OFFICE EMPHASIS ON THE CENTRAL VIBRANT CORE OF THE OFFICE Project Specifics Design Location : Greater Noida Built-up Area : 12000 sqft Type : Corporate office Interior Design Client : PG Electroplast The office creates a strong emphasis on the people who partake in creating it. The people working at the organization play an integral part. 02 And thus their workspaces are planned in the most vibrant part of the office. The challenge as a designer was to capture the essence of the organization and manifest it into a physical office space. Team & Collaborators Design Lead : Ar.   5. Meeting Areas Narrates a strong identity of PGEL The main board room and the product display areas are planned at the other end of the office from the main entrance. This is very much in contrast to a conventional office space where these rooms are given the most preferred locations and rest of the workspaces are kept secondary. Rather the philosophy here is to make the board members and customers travel through the whole office space so that they get to see all the people working behind the group. Even the graphics and the environmental branding inside the office space put lots of focus on the principles and fundamental values of the group.

Breakout Spaces For a holistic work environment To foster a better work life balance, recreational spaces and a cafeteria are planned in the office where the employees can unwind and relax during the day. Such spaces are crucial for an effective team and have become fundamental to modern day work spaces. Brainstorming rooms, huddle spaces and informal meeting rooms allow people to break away from the limits of their individual workstations and provide an environment that fosters collaboration and creativity.

  8. Cabins interconnected with staff work areas The main working areas are democratic and are designed in an open plan format. This enables collaboration within team members. The working areas for the senior executives are also designed in conjunction to the central space. This is planned to enable visual connectivity and foster a better connect within the people.
