  1. 5 Warning Signs That You Have Slipped From The Path To Wealth Let me share a story with you... It was a little over 12 years ago when my whole life flashed right in front of me. My family was in a state of collapse. I was working over 12 hours a day and was completely run-down. My back was against the wall and I was completely overwhelmed. I was the main bread winner and if I did not keep going, I don’t know what would have happened next. I never dared to look further than the next day. I remember asking myself the question. There must be an easier way. There must be a way I can achieve more in less time. What must I do next? It is times of desperation that we learn most about ourselves and grow. To turn our fears into confidence. I remember asking myself if there is an easier path of building wealth? To pick up vital skills which would make the difference. To help me achieve more in less time. 12 years later and it is because of being under such pressure and hardship, that I worked out the way to create winning habits, which transformed my life from forlorn to flourishing. We all have it within us to achieve great things. The first stage is to identify and accept where we are right now - in the moment. We then must courageously take the first steps towards a more rewarding life. We must strive to learn and grow and find assistance from others. We must broaden our knowledge

  2. Mine came from Rolf firstly and then a score of many other mentors over my journey of last 12 years until to the time where I am today. We need to be honest to ourselves. Do you own yourself, or do you feel that others own you? Well, I did have these thoughts. Nothing is more important than my family to me. I traded all my time to satisfy my boss and got caught in the never ending cycle of getting paid, spend income, get paid. I was tied to my job. My mind was focused more on my job than my own family. Not because I desired working more, rather my fear of losing it bound me tighter towards it. It was no better than any other form of addiction. I lived in misery and anxiety and felt trapped within my own fears. But luckily for me, I was able to break this cycle. Sometimes when we are cornered, we can go through tremendous growth. It is through hardship and mistakes that we learn most. Unfortunately, most people are not as lucky as me. They stick in this never ending cycle and before they know it – 30 to 40 years pass. Then realisation steps in. Well. This does not happen to everyone. Just to 95% of us. What about the other 5%? Have you ever noticed that the Super Rich normally come via two paths. One being a direct descendant of a family with great wealth. Or, a person whom had grown up from a family in poverty. Interesting? The truth is that it is not difficult to create wealth. The problem is that most people have never been taught or understand the fundamental rules regarding wealth creation. And…. as a direct result most people do not even create modest wealth. Here is the 5 warning signs that you have slipped from the path to wealth

  3. 1. Leaving it Too Late This is the typical life story for MOST of us. We leave school or Uni and get a job. At that stage we have 100% disposable income, which is the only time in our life that its going to happen, although we don’t realise it at this time. Life is good and long term to us is - Saturday night or our next holiday. We have no concept of long term, let alone retirement. Eventually we might partner up, kids come along, mortgages, careers and all of a sudden 20 to 30 years has gone by. We’ve missed out on 2 or 3 booms, we’ve missed out on that property going from $75,000 to $950,000. That’s whatMOST of us do, and its so easy to happen! 2. Procrastination "Most of us treat life like a credit card. It’s heaps of fun till you get the bill." Have you ever said to yourself, ‘I’ll get started after that next pay rise’ or , "after my trip to UK", or"after I’ve paid off the car", or ‘after we’ve fixed the house up". MOST of us procrastinate over money matters until just before we are ready to retire and by then its too late, we’ve missed out on all that TIME, which is so important. 3. Confusion. Not knowing what to do next Firstly, it used to be lack of information, but it has now become too much information. In the world of Google, the world is awash with information. Just Google ‘Wealth Creation Strategies’ and you get over 1,630,000 references. But all that information has just led MOST people to be even more confused than ever. 4. Mindset of ‘Can’t Do’ rather than ‘Can Do’ We all know people who can always tell you why an investment is not right. Interest rates are too high, trouble in Asia, election coming up, GFC Crisis. They always have a reason why not to invest… so they never do 5. Don’t Get Help And lastly, we don’t get help. All successful businesses and successful sportspeople have coaches and advisers, without exceptions! Its only the amateurs that want to work out how to do it themselves. Do you know of any professional athlete that does not have a personal coach or manager? If you wish to achieve success, you need to gain assistance from a person well educated in finance to keep you accountable and assist you in a personal way to achieve your wealth goals.

  4. I can personally state that my success is much attributed to the mentorship and coaching that I had received along my journey. My knowledge is now a sum of all these experiences. It truly does not take much to get on the right track. In fact it might surprise you how little change is required to bring you back onto a path of Wealth that you did not expect or believe was possible. Don’t get left behind. Take your first step towards a more rewarding life. Act more effectively. Broaden your knowledge base. Make a small investment in yourself for you and your family. To change onto a path of wealth requires just small steps. There is no education offered in this world which comes remotely close to the Return On Investment (ROI) you will receive by getting a little education or advise in creating wealth for ourselves. After learning this, it is tragic for me to see how much efforts and money we all spend to educate ourselves to assist and help our boss / Job. We spend thousands and thousands to certify ourselves for a few grand payrise!!! On the other hand, we neglect the opportunity to come in for an hour to get some professional guidance or advice on how to completely reshape our future which would give us the clarity of how to achieve our visions and goals. Goals which would provide us the solutions to our greatest financial dilemmas and the secretsof today’s most successful money managers. To arm us with vital information to make these next steps to create the freedom we want. If you are ready to make a small investment in yourself. A small investment that will repay itself many times over. Feel free to call me for a no obligation interactive discussion. At a minimum it will give you peace of mind of where you are right now.
