Development Potential solutions to THE labour shortage • The preferred solution is to develop an employment program for workers over age 50 • Another possible solution is to increase the minimum wage • However, few respondents felt it is important to develop educational programs in tourism promoting recreation and tourism jobs in a four seasons employment perspective TIANB Member Survey - 2016 - Transat Chair in Tourism
