  4. TRAC Coalition Goals • Encourage and increase tourism in Greenville County • Provide recreation facilities that will enhance the quality of life for Greenville County citizens • Meet Greenville County’s parks & recreation needs identified in the Woolpert Study of 2002

  5. TRAC Plan • Create a county wide network destination parks & specialty attractions • Complete the Swamp Rabbit Trail • Upgrade existing parks • Preserve green space • Utilize landfill sites in a positive manner • Develop new aquatic facilities
