  2. J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA) is a Special Purpose Vehicle constituted by Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir for executing externally aided projects. • ERA is guided by Governing Body headed by Hon’ble Chief Minister of the State. • ERA presently executing ADB Loan-I & Loan-II

LOCATION • JAMMU CITY • Jammu city: 560 Kms from Delhi • Status: Winter capital of J&K State • Connectivity: Civil Airport, National Highway – 1A & Rail link connection with rest of the country • Climate: Hot & Humid during summer & cold in 3 winter months • Altitude: 305 m above MSL • Working Season: 12 months • SRINAGAR CITY • Srinagar city: 290 Kms north of Jammu city • Status: Summer Capital of J&K State & famous Tourist destination • Connectivity: International Airport & National Highway 1A, connection with rest of the country • Climate: Pleasant in summer & extremely cold in winter • Altitude: 1730 m above MSL • Working Season: 8 months
