  2. PotatoPancakes In Slovak kitchen is popular mainly pork, flour, potatoes, cabbage and milk products. One of the Slovak national dishes are potato pancakes. FriedPotatopancakeswealsocall Haruľa. They are very easy to make and are super delicious. Try them today!

  3. If you want to make them, you need: 1kg potatos 1 onion 6-8 strúčikov cesnaku 150kg flour 3 eggs groundblackpepper Driedmarjoran Salt

  4. Practice: 1.Finely chop theonion.  2.Clean potatoes, cut and mix with eggs.

  5. 3. Mixed potatoes put in a bowl and add salt, pepper and marjoram. 4. Addtheflour and and mix it. 

  6. 5. Frypancakes in oil.   6. Fry the both sides until golden brown.

  7. Serve themwithketchup, tomato,mayonnaise or cheese.
