  3. Acquiring Data • Based on the data collected by UNWTO (2007) • United Nations World Tourism Organization – an international, reliable organization. • UNWTO Tourism Highlights, Edition 2009 • International Tourist Arrivals (1000) • For analysis, all numbers are rounded up to the whole number.

  11. As you can see in this graph and the graph in the previous slide, there is relatively high amount of countries who have less than 8000 visitors, which is the mean number. However, the number of countries decrease as the amount of the visitors increase. Therefore, we can say that this data is “quite” normally distributed.

  15. Conclusion • Europe is the most visited continent. • Among 107 countries around the world, France is the most visited country. • Two countries that the data wasn’t collected would affect the result. • It is very hard to count every single international tourists.
