Citizens’ Reporting App • Citizens and observers can use Smartphone App to report complaints during elections with pictures and locations on the maps. • Reports sent by using this app includes • Picture as an evidence • GPS coordinates to authenticate location • Time Stamps of the reported complaints. • Description (Optional if user wants to provide) • Complaints’ Monitoring • Secured web interface to check and forward complaint to concerned officer. • Instant complaint notification via mail and sms as and when complaints register.

  5. Click a picture • Category selection from • Media Advertising • Posters and Hoardings • Liquor or Drugs Distribution • Cash or Gifts Distribution • Election Rally • Misuse of Official Vehicles • Non Deposit of Firearms • Save and Upload

  6. Queue for multiple complaints and auto uploading

  7. Simple and secure web interface to monitor complaints.

  8. Forward complaint to concerned officer

  9. “MC CRAMAT ” is in use for more than a year by various Municipal Corporations like Ludhiana and Mohali for Civic Complaints. • 2500+ downloads and registered users. • 1000+ complaints have been filed. • More than 95% complaints are genuine.

  10. For citizens • Android Smartphone. Note:-70% Smartphones in India are Android based • Free EWR application that will be downloaded from “Google Play Store“. • For Complaints’ Monitoring System • A LAMP( Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP ) based server with appropriate hardware configuration to support 100,000+ users.
