  11. New BPL EDIT (Formerly MRI) (UR# 1955, CR # 45373) With this enhancement, IMA will modify it’s current acceptance edit for the PIC and LPIC fields to verify that the CLEC has provided valid data values. Valid data values for the PIC and LPIC fields are “DFLT”, “NONE” or valid numeric codes (codes with less than 4 numeric are left padded with zeros). Invalid values provided by the CLEC for PIC/LPIC are “0000” or four blanks/spaces”. IMA will check that the values entered by the CLEC for IC and LPIC are valid by matching the NPA/NXX of the associated TN. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  12. Provide Ability to resend IMA Notices (UR#2420) With this release, IMA enhances the current re-send functionality to allow duplicate copies of current and previous IMA notices (Rejects, Errors, Jeopardies, Confirmations, Completions, and PSONs) to be transmitted back to the CLEC as a re-send. The date and time of the original submittal is displayed on the duplicate or re-sent notice. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  13. SASN,ROUTE, and BOX Edits (UR# 2441, CR# 45605) IMA BPL will perform the edits listed below to validate that the SANO, SASN, AHN, ROUTE, and BOX fields in the End User Location/Access Section will be performed by IMA BPL: • If the ROUTE and SANO fields are both populated by the CLEC, then BPL will return the following error message: “ROUTE and SANO cannot be used together.” • If the AHN field is populated then an “@” sign must be the first entry for the SASN field or the BPL will return the following error message: “@ must be first character in SASN when AHN is populated.” • If the ROUTE field is not populated by the CLEC, but the BOX field is, the BPL will return the following error message: “Route must be entered when BOX is populated.” This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  14. SASN,ROUTE, and BOX Edits (UR# 2441, CR# 45605) If the product types = Private Line, EEL/UNE Combination, PRI/UNE-P ISDN Resale Facility, or UNE-P DSS Facility; then the following edits to validate that the SANO, SASN, AHN, ROUTE, and BOX fields in the Primary LOC and Secondary LOC tabs are populated correctly. • If ACT = N,W,or V, and the CLEC populates both the ROUTE and SANO fields, BPL will return the following error message: “ROUTE and SANO cannot be used together.” • If ACT = N,W, or V, and the CLEC populates the AHN field, then the “@” sign must be the first entry of the SASN field or the BPL will return the following error message: “@ must be first character in SASN when AHN is populated.” This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  15. Wholesale Local Exchange Freeze (UR 2456, CR scr30215) With this enhancement, IMA will check the Local Service Freeze Repository before rejecting/accepting LSR. Today, this edit is located in the SOP so the FOC may have already been sent to the CLEC when it is discovered that the account has a local service freeze that needs to be lifted. IMA will reject LSR if any line on the account has a local service freeze to another provider. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  16. IMA IBA-Reject Duplicate LSRs (UR#2584, CR# 31766) With this enhancement, IMA will develop the ability to identify and reject, through a BPL acceptance edit, duplicate LSRs that request UBL, LSNP, and LNP products. In some cases, CLECs shall be allowed to submit LSRs, which appear to duplicate one or more UBL, LSNP, and LNP requests in the IMA database, provided they populate the appropriate fields. These LSRs can be tracked in FOM by viewing the values displayed for the new indicator ‘DUPLICATE LSR INFO’ in the Indicator Information frame of the LSR View screen shown in FOM. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  17. Revise Hunting Functionality in IMA (UR 2648, CR 32315) With this enhancement, IMA will validate that correct Hunting information and format is listed on the LSR by the CLEC per the Hunting activity listed on the CSR. HTQTY field must be populated on the LSR when the LNA=V, D, or X and IMA BPL identifies the line as a part of Hunt sequence by: • Verifying if any of the TNs listed on the LSR • Request is on the CSR with a TN FID and is • Associated with a HTG or HSO USOC on the CSR. OR • Verifying if any of the TLIs on the LSR request is on the CSR with a TLI FID and is associated with a HML FID on the CSR. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  18. Revise Hunting Functionality in IMA (UR 2648, CR 32315) When Hunt Group Activity (HA) = C, D or V, and the HNTYP = 5 (Series), the BPL will validate that the Hunt Group Identifier (HID) on the LSR matches the actual HID on the CSR for every TN that is included in the HTSEQ field. If any of the TNs HID on the CSR does not match the HID on the LSR then the BPL will reject the request back to the CLEC. If HTG or HSO is missing on the CSR for the TN being checked, the BPL will allow the LSR to be submitted by the CLEC, but the LSR will need to be processed manually. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  19. Revise Hunting Functionality in IMA (UR 2648, CR 32315) When Hunt Group Activity (HA) = C, D or V and the HNTYP = 4 (Multi-Line), BPL will validate that the Hunt Group Identifier (HID) listed on the LSR matches the actual HID on the CSR for every TLI on the LSR Hunting section and TER on the HTSEQ combination. For all the TLI/TER combinations, if any of the TLI/TERs HID on the CSR does not match the HID on the LSR then the BPL will reject the request back to the CLEC. If HML is missing on the CSR for the TLI/TER combination being checked, the BPL will allow the LSR to be submitted by the CLEC, but the LSR will need to be processed manually. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  20. Add New Construction Field to LSR (UR 3008, CR 45327) This candidate implements a new LSR field from the LSOG 6 mandate, New Construction (NCON). The NCON field will be utilized on the End User (EU) and Resale Private Line (RPL) order forms in IMA (EDI and GUI). Use of the NCON field will identify that the LSR service address involves new construction or a new location within an existing service address and cannot be validated. Business rules for use of the NCON field will mirror the rules governing use of the Address Not Validated (ANV) field. Consequently, the ANV field will be removed. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  21. Add New Construction Field to LSR (UR 3008, CR 45327), Cont. Order Impact The “NCON” field will be added to the End User (EU) and Resale Private Line (RPL) forms. The NCON field will provide a drop down list with valid values of: • <blank> • “A” – New service address and • “B” – New location within an existing service address. NOTE: Use of the NCON field will be primarily limited to New Installation (N) and Outside Move (T) activity, when the service address cannot be validated. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  22. View 1000 CFA Units at a time in the IMA GUI (UR 3460, CR 44863) This enhancement will create a new CFA Inventory tool in the IMA PostOrder GUI. The CFA Inventory tool will function much like the PreOrder Validate CFA tool, except that it will allow CLECs to view data for up to 1000 individual CFA units at a time, using group level or unit level queries. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  23. View 1000 CFA Units at a time in the IMA GUI (UR 3460, CR 44863), Cont. The new CFA Inventory, CFA Groups and CFA Units screens accessed via the CFA Inventory tool will provide the same functionality as their PreOrder counterparts, plus provide new functionality as follows: • The CFA Inventory screen will allow a range of up to 1000 CFA Units to be entered in the FIRST UNIT and LAST UNIT fields. • The CFA Groups screen will allow multiple rows (representing a maximum of 1000 CFA units) to be selected. • The CFA Units screen will allow up to 1000 individual CFA Units to be viewed. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  24. UNE-P POTS Migration as Specified (UR 3585, CR 44858) Currently, the CLEC must use C & T or V activity for existing features in the Service Detail section of the LSR. With the introduction of this change, the CLEC will be able to send all activity as new, whether it’s a new, or existing feature. The CLECs will also be able to continue to process their Conversion orders as they do today. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  25. UNE-P POTS Migration as Specified (UR 3585, CR 44858), Cont. This candidate will only result in a change to the customer if they decide to use this process in place of the existing process. The final outcome would be that a CLEC could issue an LSR in IMA to Convert As Specified (V or Z) to UNE-P POTS, and indicate the service they want to have after the conversion by using either V or N. They will be able to do this regardless of whether the feature currently exists on the CSR or not. The order will be created in FTS by removing all features not requested on the LSR, and retaining or adding those features that the CLEC has specified on the LSR. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  26. Lift Name and Address Field Requirement When Retrieving CSR – Pre Order (UR 3625, CR 44859) Currently when retrieving a CSR, IMA requires the name and address fields to be populated. With this enhancement, IMA will no longer require name and address of the end-user. The screen used for CSR Retrieval in IMA PreOrder will be changed so that name and address fields on this screen will no longer be of bold type indicating a required field. These fields will become optional. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  27. Add APP Date to Pending Service Order Notice (PSON) (UR#3626) With this enhancement, IMA will add the APP (Application) date to the PSON (Pending Service Order Notice). This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  28. Allow Copy and Paste functionality in IMA GUI (UR 3627, CR 44856) This enhancement will modify the IMA GUI to allow copy and paste functionality. By using the Control “C” and Control “V” keyboard commands, data can be copied from mostPreOrder/Order display and input fields and pasted into any editable PreOrder /Order field. NOTE: Copy and paste functionality will not be enabled for PreOrder and Order fields that have a non-editable drop down list (e.g. State). NOTE: This candidate applies to all PreOrder and Order screens in the IMA GUI. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  29. Create IMA Field To Indicate LSR Is Change Activity UR 3630, CR 44902 Currently CLECs must use a work-around to submit an LSR when a conversion has taken place, however, the CSR has not updated to reflect the conversion and the CLEC needs to place a subsequent order. This enhancement will allow the CLEC to submit their LSR as an ACT=C, which would be the correct activity type and would not be required to be marked manual handling. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  30. Create IMA Field To Indicate LSR Is Change Activity UR 3630, CR 44902 Order Impact There are three new fields that have been added to the LSR form: 1. Conversion in Progress (CIP) 2. Conversion Service Order #1 (CSO1) 3. Conversion Service Order #2 CSO2 The CLEC will populate the CIP field with a “Y” whenever they are issuing a subsequent LSR and conversion activity has just completed on the account. The CSR has not been updated to reflect the conversion. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  31. Change Validated Address Drop Down List (UR 3632, CR 44868) This enhancement will change all of the Validated Address drop down lists in the IMA GUI, so that the most recently validated address appears at the top of the list. The following PreOrder screens will be impacted: • Address Validation by Street Address, Review Full CSR, Review Partial CSR by WTN, Review Partial CSR by ECCKT, TN Availability, Design Services Facility Request, High Capacity Facilities Request, Convert POTS to Unbundled Loop Request, POTS Facility Request, ISDN Facilities Request, Raw Loop Data Query by Address (assigned or unassigned) and Loop Qualification Request. The following Order screens will be impacted: • End User Form and Resale Private Line Form This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  32. Auto-populate LSO and Remove LSO APTCON Edit (UR 3634, CR 44903) With the implementation of this candidate, IMA will derive and auto- populate LSO data on the LSR form for those products where LSO data was previously a required/conditional entry for the CLECs. The LSO field will become an optional entry for the CLECs. If the CLEC chooses to enter LSO data for those products where IMA will derive and auto-populate LSO, IMA will compare the CLEC provided LSO to the IMA derived LSO. If the LSO values differ, IMA will overwrite the CLEC provided LSO with the LSO derived by IMA. IMA LSO auto-population will occur upon LSR submission. Additionally, the edit preventing the LSO and APTCON fields on the LSR form from both being populated will be removed. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  33. Add a link to the LSOG for each IMA field (UR 3643, CR 45327) This candidate will provide links to the Qwest LSOG for all ordering form fields in the IMA Order GUI. Each ordering form field label will provide a link to associated field level information in the Qwest LSOG. By double clicking on the field label, a separate browser window containing the associated Qwest LSOG information will be launched. After viewing the Qwest LSOG information, the user will be able to return to the associated order form. NOTE: Field labels within the order forms will retain their current appearance. Double clicking on the field label will launch a browser window with the associated LSOG information. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  34. Eliminate Requirements to Provide Tie Cable Specifications (UR 3650, CR 45325) Correct cable gauge information included with the CFA is a requirement for processing Unbundled Loop and Loop Service with Number Port requests. If this information is not passed via the service order, it then requires manual intervention. Additionally, if the cable gauge information provided on the request does not match information within Qwest legacy systems, the order will also require manual intervention. This candidate will resolve the issue by allowing CLECs to enter either cable gauge information or a place holder in the CFA data on the LSR and Qwest will retrieve the correct value from the legacy system and place it on the associated service order, thus eliminating errors. CFA Example: ALT01/VF-2WIRE/48/ALBQNMMN/ALBQNMMNHJ1 Cable Gauge Information This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  35. Allow Appointment Schedule Change on DD Supp (UR 3681, CR 45322) This candidate will modify the IMA Order GUI to allow submission of DD Supp on requests with scheduled appointments. The CLECs will be able to reserve a new appointment for their request and submit a DD Supp to IMA, without contacting Qwest to have the original appointment canceled. Upon receipt of the DD Supp, IMA will automatically cancel the original appointment and update the request with details of the most recent appointment reserved for the CCNA/PON via IMA Appointment Scheduler. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  36. CFA Validation Fields in the IMA GUI (UR 3683, CR 45323) This enhancement will modify CFA data fields in the PreOrder and Order IMA GUI. The PreOrder CFA Validation screen will provide drop down lists for each of the CFA data fields. The drop-down lists will contain data for the last 10 validated values (minus duplicates). NOTE: The most recently validated values will always appear at the top of each drop-down list. With this new functionality, the user will be able to populate CFA data fields by selecting from the drop-down list, selecting from the drop-down list and editing the selected value or entering a new value. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  37. CFA Validation Fields in the IMA GUI (UR 3683, CR 45323), Cont. The Loop Service (LS) and Loop Service with Number Portability (LSNP) forms in the Order GUI will be modified with drop- down lists for the CFA fields. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  38. Migration of UNE-P by Telephone Number (UR 3699) Presently, a CLEC submitting a migration order to UNE-P POTS or STAR services with an Activity Type of V, W or Z must provide the end user Name, Telephone Number and Service Address. With the implementation of this change, the CLEC will have a new option of only providing the end user Name on the order; or if they wish, they may continue to issue the orders as they do today. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  39. Request A New Activity Field for Restoral (UR 3398, CR 45374-IMA) Currently, there are two reasons why service might be suspended; a seasonal suspend, and a suspend for non-payment (“deny”). While two activity codes exist (one for each suspend reason), there is only one restore activity, which is B. This can cause issues because FTS handles the restoral requests differently based on the initial reason for the suspension. For IMA this enhancement, the new Qwest specific field ‘Restore Type (RSTTYP) will be added to the IMA GUI, FOM and EDI to differentiate between the type of suspension being restored. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  40. Request A New Activity Field for Restoral (UR 3398, CR 45374), Cont. Order Impact For the new Qwest Specific field (28a), IMA GUI will display a dropdown menu list with the following choices: • S = restore from seasonal suspend • D = restore from deny This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003

  41. Remember!!IMA 12.0 - 4/7/2003 6:00 AM Mountain Time This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2003
