Changes from Previous RFP • Business requirements • Section 1.7 Manage Finance in the previous RFP requirements was deleted. • Section 1.9 Scheduling Calendar was changed to 1.8 Scheduling Cases and reworded to emphasize the following: • We are not looking for a calendaring system • Development of case schedules will remain a manual process

Changes (cont.) • The requirements are primarily data entry and report generation • Samples of calendar reports were added as an appendix. • General revisions to address redundancy and clarity. • Clarified the fact that each workflow is a single requirement. • “Caseload Management” not “Case Management” clarifications

Changes (cont.) • Technical Requirements • Added a requirement (93 and 93a) to have vendors tell us what we can expect regarding OCR accuracy • SOW • Revised Section 2 Overall Approach to allow vendors to propose alternatives they think are better from a cost, outcome, practicality, and expediency perspective.
