Grad Project Process – Dec 12 • Allow Students in Room in Advance to Test Equipment • All Staff Call/Sign-In With Ms. Jarvis During Day – 3304 • Lead Teachers Get Judge Packets During Day (Jarvis) • Students May Drop Off Items During Day/After School • Report to Classroom After School ASAP • Student Timer Reports to Room (3:30 pm) • Community Judge Reports to Room After Sign In, Training (Guided by Student Aide) • Call Ms. Fischer at x2500 in Library if Missing CJ or Timer by 3:55 pm • Do No Start Without Judge Before Calling • Welcome & Introduce Yourselves to Community Judge

Grad Project Process – Dec 12 • Send Student Timer for Student Presenter • Review Portfolios, Review Procedure as Needed (See Coaching Sheet) – No Students in Room • Introduce Yourselves to Students • Student Presents (Student Timer Times When Presentation Starts and Stops At End) • Question/Answer Session—Not Included in Time—5 Min. Max--Do Not Debate/Be Confrontational
