Who we’re looking for • If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you! • Young people aged 16-20 • Basic qualifications in English, maths and science • Enjoy repairing bikes, cars or DIY projects at home • Keen to pursue a career in technical engineering • A good attitude to work, punctual and not afraid to get your hands dirty!

  12. Been there, done that….. Phil Wolff, Commercial Director Phil started as a fitter at PB Power Tools more than 25 years ago. He joined HSS working in both the technical and training teams and he now sits on the Board as our Commercial Director. Jon Overman, Divisional Managing Director Jon was a ‘Saturday Boy’ in the 1990’s. Since then, he’s worked his way up to become our youngest ever Divisional Managing Director, responsible for the entire southern region and over £73 million of turnover! Byron Bayford, Mobile Fitter Byron started as an apprentice when he was 18 years old as a Fitter in 2002. He successfully completed his NVQ’s with HSS and worked in various roles in branches throughout London and is now a Mobile Fitter.
