Study visit to EU Experience of Schwarzwald (Germany, GIZ & Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism) The idea emerged a yaer ago; there are all preconditions for its realization after adoption of the national Strategy of rural development. Kako je ideja nastala? Studijska putovanja u zemljama EU Iskustvo oblasti Švarcvald (Njemačka, GIZ & Ministarstvo održivog razvoja i turizma) Ideja nastala prije godinu dana; danas uslovi za realizaciju - usvajanjem nacionale Strategije ruralnog razvoja Crne Gore.

Objective: By organizing producers, with the quality and quantity of their products, labels of origin, geographic origin, traditional specifics, wewould increase competitiveness and income of households. It is part of the agricultural and rural development policies through so called "Quality policy“, which is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. A prerequisite to protect the products and at the EU level. Cilj: Udruživanjem proizvođača, kvalitetom i kvantitetom proizvoda, oznakama o porijeklu, geografskom porijeklu, tradicionalnim specifičnostima povećala bi se konkurentnost i prihodi na gazdinstvima. Dio je poljoprivredne i politike ruralnog razvoja tzv. “ politike kvaliteta“ koje predstavlja jedan od prioriteta Ministarstva poljoprivrede i ruralnog razvoja. Preduslov da proizvode zaštitimo i na nivou EU.

  6. Zašto Župa Nikšićka? ljekovitobilje, šumskiplodovi,gljive, divljilješnik, šipurak,kupina,glog,srijemuš,divljejabukeikruške,kaoihrastsahranljivimplodomžira. Udruživanjemproizvođačaistvaranjemoznake-brendarješavase problem plasmana proizvoda. Why Niksic Zupa? medicinal plants, forest fruits, mushrooms, wild hazelnuts, rosehips, blackberries, hawthorn, wild garlic, wild apples and pears, as well as nutritious fruit with oak acorns. By aassociating producers and creating a brand - label we will solve the problem of product placement.

Povrtarstvo: 599 ha pod krompirom, 430ha pod zasadomkupusa I drugihpovrtarskihkultura. The largest local community in Montenegro, with about 6000 inhabitants 1081 households Pomology: 9009 apple, plum 18846, 35250 buckthorn, cherry and cherry trees 6150 ... Livestock: cattle 2030 sheep, 2680 goats throat ... 521 beehives 730 pcs. Vegetable crops: 599 ha of potatoes, 430k under crops of cabbage and other vegetables.

Proizvodnjabrašna od plodahrastovogžirakoje je visokogkvaliteta.

  9. TRADICIONALNA PROIZVODNJA: pekmezaod šljivaprirodnimkonzerviranjem. džema od drenjinabezkuvanja. sokabezšećera od drenjina (tzv. Vodnjica). soka od divljeborovnice,šipurakaiplodaklekebezšećera. TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION:ofplum jam with nature conservation. wild cherry jam prepared without cooking. juice without sugar from wild cherry(aka Vodnjica). juice of wild blueberries, dog rose berries and juniper, without fruit sugar.

Results: Greaterrecognition of Niksic Zupa. increase of production and employment Growthof the local population. Activationof the resources of agricultural cooperatives„Zupa" whichis in bankruptcy (owns land, machinery, warehouse and office space and all that is in serviceable condition). Zupa wulc become an example for other local communities and it will stress the importance of product branding. • Ciljna grupa: • Župskagazdinstva- konkurentnija natržištu,ekonomskistabilnija. • Rezultati: • većaprepoznatljivostiŽupenikšićke. • povećanjeproizvodnjei rastzaposlenostilokalnogstanovništva. • aktiviranjeresursapoljoprivrednezadruge “Župa” koja je u stečaju(posjedujezemljište,mehanizaciju,magacinskiiposlovniprostorisve je to u upotrebljivomstanju). • Postalibi primjer I drugimLokalnimzajednicama I ukazalinaznačajbrendiranjaproizvoda I prerađevina.
