  5. Disadvantages to PowerPoint • Creates a linear presentation • Partly mitigated by embedding page numbers and using slide show navigation • Insert numbers on each slide (Insert menu, slide number), then use handout as your guide to slides

  14. How To Do A Progressive Disclosure • Type text • Click first line, slide show, custom animation, add effect (i.e., wipe from left), effect options • If necessary, go to text animation and choose group and change so it matches your needs
