  4. UCSB Hybrid Testing Issues • Need to finish validation of new software • Bruno contacted about bugs/features • Need to add automatic upload of data to new software • Hybrids with shorts need repairing • Once repaired need to keep bookkeeping straight

This Week None Fixed 1 module Found the problem with another Fixable, need to ship to FNAL for solder repair Cumulative 1 with >2% Bad Channels Debris on sensor 1 Bad DCU Fixable, soldering problem 1 HV Shorted to CF Frame FIXED!! 2 with >20 mA Bias Current 1 leaky pinhole 1 scratched sensor UCSB ARCS Testing Failures

This Week (8105-8167) one unexpected pinhole - pulled (mod 8140 # 3) 8 PHL-: 8138 (#92), 8139(#430), 8144(#438), 8146 (#58), 8152(#78), 8153(#645), 8154(#650), 8167(#119) 1 SHT ARCS 8.0 has been installed and is being tested; looks ok so far Cumulative (7835-8167) 2 grade “B” (mishandling; missing bonds on p/a) 7970 - breakdown current behavior @430V Total of 11 pinholes Cumulative (7702-8167) 2 grade “B” (mishandling; missing bonds on p/a) 2 grade “F” mishandling 7970 - breakdown current behavior @430V FNAL ARCS Testing Failures

FNAL LT Testing Issues • Modules 30200020008064 – 8100 were tested during May 3-May 10 period. • Modules 30200020007961 - 7970 were retested. • All modules successfully passed LT with grade A. • All runs were performed with 2 CCU6’s. • Currently working on configuring 2 CCU25’s • (0x14 and 0x11).
