    2. História caju Cína je krajina s najstaršou cajovou tradíciou, ktorá siaha pravdepodobne tisícrocia do minulosti. Najkrajšia, aj ked trochu morbídna legenda o caji má indický pôvod. Mnísi v kláštoroch používali caj na povzbudenie tela a mysle pocas dlhých meditácií, ale tiež ho popíjali z misky, ako my. Z toho vznikol japonský rituál.
