  1. A Brief Overview About Oxy Fuel Cutting Company and What fuel gases are used in it? Oxy-fuel cutting technology helps cut materials quickly at low cost and the ability to cut thick materials. It provides excellent solutions for industrial, construction, and renovation processes. Let's talk about the basic cutting process and the different techniques used in oxyfuel cutting. In the oxyfuel-cutting process, fuel gas and oxygen is concentrated on the workpiece, allowing the metal to be preheated below its melting point. A jet containing pure oxygen is then aimed at the preheated region of the metal, creating an exothermic reaction between the metal and oxygen to form lava or an oxide of the metal. The oxygen inserted into the metal also blows away the lava, allowing the jet to go through it as it cuts through. Fundamental requirements of the oxyfuel-cutting process :- •The preheating temperature of the material must be below its melting point. Preheating above the melting point will allow the material to flow before cutting. •The lava's melting point must be less than the rest of the material to pass the oxygen jet to blow it away. •Gaseous products should be nominal to prevent dilution of the cutting oxygen jet. •The reaction between the oxygen jet and the material (oxidation) should be adequate to maintain the preheating temperature.
