Who are we? • Computer Ingenuity Associates has been providing solutions to hotel franchisors, management companies, REITs, and Owners since 1989 • Used at properties with as few as 17 rooms, and as many as 2,880 • Over 1,800 hotels have used our products to complete budgets • We have assisted in the preparation of over 20,000 budgets • Purchased by properties representing over 35 different hotel brands • Hotel specific solutions, developed by Hotel Industry Professionals

Detailed Plans, Projections, and Tracking are how successful hotels maximize profit. Industry standards, are standards for a reason. The ability to compare performance to Plans, History, and Other Operators is essential to analyzing performance. The degree to which you understand that HOW you obtain your revenue (where it comes from) is as important as how much revenue you have, is directly proportionate to how much profit you will make.
